Kstam-Agents is a personal automation app operated by Kostas Stamatoukos. It is provided for the operator’s own use and is not offered as a public or commercial service.
1. Scope and eligibility
These terms describe the conditions for using Kstam-Agents, including its Google-connected workflows. Access is reserved for the operator. The public availability of this website does not grant access to the agents or permission to use the app’s credentials.
2. Authorized use
The app may be used only with accounts and information the operator is entitled to access and process. Google access must be granted through the applicable authorization flow. Tasks and scheduled workflows must stay within the permissions granted and the operator’s intended purpose.
The app must not be used to access other accounts without permission, disclose information unlawfully, send abusive or unsolicited messages, evade service restrictions, or violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
3. Automation and responsibility
Automated workflows can retrieve, create, change, or send information when configured and permitted to do so. The operator is responsible for selecting permissions, configuring workflows, protecting credentials, and reviewing outputs and consequential actions.
AI-generated content and automated decisions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. They require judgment and verification before reliance. The app does not provide professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
4. Data and third-party services
The privacy policy explains how information is processed, stored, and deleted. These terms do not transfer ownership of Google content to the app. Content may be processed only as needed for authorized workflows and as described in that policy.
Google, AI providers, and other services used by a workflow have their own applicable terms and policies. Kstam-Agents is independently operated and is not a Google product or endorsed by Google.
5. Availability and limitations
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, continued compatibility, or a particular result. Workflows and integrations may be changed, paused, or discontinued.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes warranties and liability arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
6. Stopping use
The operator can stop workflows and revoke Google access at any time through Google Account connections. Revocation and deletion are separate steps: previously retained content is handled as described in the privacy policy.
7. Changes and contact
